Our Service

Our web sites and services provided to you on and through our web site on an AS IS basis. You agree that the owners of this web site exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, modify or discontinue this web site and its services or delete the data you provide, whether temporarily or permanently. We shall have no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, failure to store, inaccuracy, or improper delivery of any data or information.

PlayCabal reserves the right to interrupt the Service from time to time on a regularly scheduled basis or otherwise with or without prior notice in order to perform maintenance.

You acknowledge that the Service may be interrupted for reasons beyond the control of PlayCabal, and Playcabal cannot guarantee that you will be able to access the Service whenever you may wish to do so. PlayCabal shall not be liable for any interruption of the Service, delay or failure to perform resulting from any causes beyond its reasonable control.

Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations

In order to use our web sites and services, you must register first, and agree to provide truthful and accurate information when requested.

Account & Virtual Currency Purchases

During the registration process, you will be required to select a user name and a password that are specific to the Account (collectively known as the "Password"). Your Password is to be kept confidential at all times and you are solely responsible for the security of your Password. You may not disclose your Password to anyone, or allow your Password to be used by anyone other than yourself. PlayCabal is not responsible for any harm that may result to the Account (including without limitation the deletion or modification of characters in the Account) as a result of a lost or shared password. The user name you choose shall be subject to the naming guidelines contained in this Agreement. PlayCabal is not responsible in the event that the Account is "hacked," or if the Account or your computer is damaged by a virus, or for any other issues with your computer or the Account. If you think that the Account has been compromised, please contact our Technical Support through our official support ticket system.

Purchase of Virtual Currency:

• Purchasing virtual currency ("Coins") is not required to access or use the Service, except where certain optional features, cosmetic items, or services specifically require it. Users may purchase virtual currency through the payment methods made available on the Platform.
• All financial transactions processed on this platform represent commercial purchases of a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access digital entertainment assets. These transactions are not donations , and they do not grant any ownership rights or financial stakes in the Company.
• Virtual currency and virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are not legal tender, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and may not be transferred, sold, or traded except where expressly permitted within the safe, intended mechanics of the Platform.
• The Platform may suspend or terminate access to the Service, disable an Account, or remove virtual currency or virtual items where a user violates these Terms or any other applicable agreement. Such action does not create a right to a refund unless required by law.
• Payments may be processed by third-party providers, including mobile payment operators, credit card processors, banks, or other payment services. PlayCabal is not responsible for delays, failures, additional charges, or other issues caused by those third-party providers.

Account Transfers:

• PlayCabal does not recognize the transfer of Accounts, and doing so will result in the permanent banning of the Account. You may not offer any Account for sale or trade, and any such offer is a violation of this Agreement and may result in suspension or termination of the Account. There are no refunds where the Account is terminated/banned.

Account Email:

• Changing your account email is not allowed. Make sure you register with an email that you have access to.

Virtual Currency Vouchers

• Virtual Currency Vouchers allow eligible players to transfer or trade a designated amount of in-game virtual currency with other players through secure features provided within the Service.
• These vouchers may be purchased through our website and used only within the game. They are intended to give players an alternative way to safely obtain virtual currency for use in the in-game item shop.
• Virtual Currency Vouchers and the virtual currency associated with them have no real-world monetary value, are not legal tender, and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash or any other real-world payment. They may not be sold or transferred outside the Service.
• All voucher transfers and trades must comply with these Terms and any applicable in-game rules. Any unauthorized off-platform trade of vouchers for real money (Real Money Trading / RMT) is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban of all connected accounts.

Refund Policy

Purchases of Virtual Currency and Digital Items:

• Due to the immediate delivery and consumable nature of digital goods and services, all purchases of Virtual Currency ("Coins"), virtual items, and in-game cosmetics are final and non-refundable once they have been credited or delivered to your Account.
• By purchasing digital content on our platform and requesting its immediate delivery, you explicitly consent to delivery beginning immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel or withdraw once the digital content is delivered to your account.
• A purchase is not eligible under any circumstances for a refund or review if any portion of the purchased virtual currency or digital content has been used, spent, redeemed, transferred, traded, gifted, converted into a voucher, or otherwise placed into circulation within the Service.
• Technical Errors: In the rare event that a payment was successfully processed but the digital items were not credited due to a technical error, please contact our support team immediately by creating a support ticket on our Discord server or by sending an email to our billing department at [email protected]. We will manually credit the missing items after verifying your transaction.
• Chargeback Prevention Policy: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your credit card company or payment provider is a severe breach of this Agreement. Any chargeback attempt will result in the immediate, permanent ban of your account, forfeiture of all virtual assets, and your details being added to our internal risk registry to prevent any future registrations.

In-Game Mistakes:

• Actions made by mistake (e.g., wrong item purchase, incorrect registration, listing at the wrong price, failure to upgrade due to missing safeguards) will not be refunded.

Your Conduct (General)

You agree that all information or data of any kind, whether text, software, code, music or sound, photographs or graphics, video or other materials (Content), publicly or privately provided, shall be the sole responsibility of the person providing the Content or the person whose user account is used. You agree that our web site may expose you to Content that may be objectionable or offensive. We shall not be responsible to you in any way for the Content that appears on this web site nor for any error or omission.

You explicitly agree, in using this web site or any service provided, that you shall not:

• Provide any Content or perform any conduct that may be threatening, harmful, abusive, harassing, stalking, tortuous, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, offensive, objectionable, pornographic, designed to or does interfere or interrupt this web site or any service provided, infected with a virus or other destructive or deleterious programming routine, give rise to civil or criminal liability, or which may violate an applicable local, national or international law;

Naming Restrictions, in particular, you may not use any name:

• Belonging to another person with the intent to impersonate that person, including, without limitation, an agent of PlayCabal;
• Belonging to any religious figure or deity;
• Subject to the rights of any other person or entity without written authorization from that person or entity;
• That belongs to a popular culture figure, celebrity, or media personality;
• That is, contains, or is substantially similar to a trademark or game mark, whether registered or not;
• Related to drugs, sex, alcohol, or criminal activity;
• That incorporates 'swear' words or which are otherwise offensive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
• Comprised of partial or complete sentence;
• Comprised of gibberish.

You may not use a misspelling or an alternative spelling to circumvent the name restrictions listed above, nor can you have a "first" and "last" name that, when combined, violate the above name restrictions.

PlayCabal may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take whatever action it deems necessary to preserve the integrity of Services. Violation of any of the terms and conditions set forth above may result in actions being taken by PlayCabal, effective immediately or at a time determined by PlayCabal, which may include without limitation: temporarily suspending your access to our Service, or permanently terminating your access to our Service. Without limiting the foregoing, PlayCabal retains the right to decline Services to any user who violates the Agreement.

Social Guidelines & Chat Rules

• No Racism: Racism is not allowed in chat, character names, guild names, or notes. Definition: Racism includes systems, policies, actions, and attitudes that create inequitable opportunities or outcomes based on race.
• No Harassment: Harassment is not tolerated and includes behavior intended to harm another player's psychological well-being.
• Examples of harassment include: Family insults, Real-life threats/intimidation, and Racist behavior.
• Exceptions: Trash talk is allowed and is not considered harassment. Being "hunted" in-game due to an argument is also not considered harassment.
• English in Megaphone Chat: Please use English in megaphone chat, unless you're recruiting for your country guild or sharing relevant information with your language community. Note: Any spam or arguments in other languages may result in warnings or temporary bans, depending on the situation.

Game Mechanics & Fair Play

PlayCabal may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take whatever action it deems necessary to preserve the integrity of Services. Violation of any of the terms below may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of access.

No Cheating/Bug Exploiting:

• Cheating will result in a permanent or hardware ban.
• Repeated bug exploitation in PvE will lead to a warning, 14-day ban, or permanent ban.
• In PvP, the consequence is a 14-day ban or permanent ban.
• No Macros for Active Grinding: Using macros for active grinding or similar activities is forbidden.
• First offense: 7 - 14 day ban.
• Second offense: 14 - 30 days or permanent ban depending on the situation.
• No Exploit Abuse: Any kind of exploit abuse is bannable. Please report any discovered exploits to Administrators/Developers directly.
• No AFK DP Farming or Multi-Account DP Farming: AFK farming (leaving your character running tasks without actively playing) and multi-account farming (using multiple accounts to farm or gain rewards) are prohibited. These practices can unfairly manipulate the game and disrupt the balance.
• AFK Dungeon Farming: It is not allowed to enter a dungeon and stay AFK to solely receive Dungeon Points (DP). This includes running a dungeon with multiple accounts where only one character is actively participating, or having a strong friend run the dungeon while you stay AFK. All characters in the dungeon must be actively engaged in the activity.
• AFK in TG: Using AFK macros in TG is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, actions such as spamming Heal as a Force Archer (FA) on yourself while remaining AFK, or any other form of automated or unattended actions.
• First offense: 14-day ban.
• Second offense: Permanent ban.
• No Scamming: Any form of fraud is prohibited.

No Merging/Gifting/Piloting:

• Merging: Merging accounts (combining or transferring items/wealth across accounts to unfairly boost a player's power or wealth) is strictly prohibited. If you merged before this rule was introduced, you may continue to play that account, but you are not allowed to use second or third accounts to transfer Alz or items to the merged account. If we catch you transferring items or Alz to the main account, the first offense will result in a 30-day ban as a warning. If the behavior occurs again, all accounts connected to the main account will be permanently banned.
• Funneling: Transferring in-game currency or items between multiple accounts to boost a main character, even if all accounts belong to the same player, is not allowed. All accounts must be played and maintained independently.
• Gifting: Gifting high-value items or large amounts of in-game currency (Alz) is not permitted, except when assisting a new player in a genuine and reasonable way. Receiving large quantities of items or Alz from a player who is quitting the game or from another account you own is strictly forbidden.
• Piloting: You are not allowed to have someone else play on your account to gain an advantage over other players.

Real Money Trading (RMT)

Zero Tolerance Policy:

• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for Real Money Trading (RMT) as it undermines the integrity of the server and directly affects the game’s economy. Any account involved in RMT will be permanently banned without exception. We take this issue very seriously and conduct thorough investigations to ensure absolute certainty before making any decisions. There are no warnings when it comes to RMT violations.
• Buying or selling in-game items, currency, or accounts for real money is strictly prohibited.
• Account selling, whether through real money or in-game currency, is also forbidden.
• Offering real money (e.g., euros) for items or Alz in exchange, even if the transaction is not completed, will result in a temporary ban.
• Attempting to sell items or requesting real money (instead of in-game currency) for items is also prohibited.
• Any suspicious activity related to RMT will result in an investigation, and any involved accounts may be suspended.
• Players are encouraged to report and provide evidence if they suspect fraudulent RMT activities. We have the ability to track all such activities; anyone who thinks they’ve “gotten away” with it simply hasn’t been caught yet.

Support & Ticket Privacy

Respect ticket privacy. Sharing ticket information in public spaces (in-game or Discord) will result in punishment.

Submission of Content on this Web Site

By providing any Content to our web site:
